塔州州擔保畢業生途徑的要求：
畢業生190要求
- 必須在塔州全職完成一個至少92周的CRICOS註冊課程，課程等級為AQF 5 (Diploma)或以上，或至少為ANZSCO Major Group 3 或 Group 4 相關職業的三級證書；
- 從課程開始時，整個課程期間都需要居住在塔州，至少兩年
- 目前在塔州居住且承諾繼續在塔州居住
畢業生491要求
- 必須在塔州全職完成一個至少40周的CRICOS註冊課程，課程等級為AQF 5 (Diploma)或以上，或至少為ANZSCO Major Group 3 或 Group 4 相關職業的三級證書；
- 從課程開始時，整個課程期間都需要居住在塔州，至少一年
- 目前在塔州居住且承諾繼續在塔州居住
除了畢業生途徑外，塔州州擔保還有技術工作者途徑，長期在塔州居住途徑等選擇。
畢業生在條件同等的情況下，塔州政府按照以下優先級邀請：
| 優先級1 - GOLD | 有職業評估並在Critical Roles list 關鍵領域清單（建築、工程、醫療健康、醫生、社工等許多相關職業）有工作至少6個月的人。190畢業生通道則為至少工作3個月。 |
