The award-winning Quay Restaurant has launched a New Year's Eve package of $2,000 AUD, including seven dishes provided by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and wine carefully selected by Head sommelier Shanteh Wong. Quay's four-story Green Room also launched a New Year's Eve package of $1,400 AUD, including five dishes and champagne provided by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore.
Bennelong
