The rooftop package includes five main dishes, desserts and drinks. You can enjoy the beautiful New Year's Eve fireworks on the rooftop of Salt Meats Cheese Circular Quay. Students who like quieter areas can choose the indoor set meal, including three main dishes with a cup of Moët.

The set meal of $1450 AUD per person is a special set of 12 people launched by O Bar and Dining, which includes a private restaurant, butler service, and ultra-luxury dishes such as Tasmanian lobster, Rangers Valley wagyu and Roku gin-cured kingfish.

Quay's four-story Green Room also launched a New Year's Eve package of $1,400 AUD, including five dishes and champagne provided by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore.
